Dear members of Texas MBA Germany,

we hope that you have reserved the last weekend in June (23^rd to 25^th of June) for joining us at our annual meeting! This year it will be held in Rüdesheim, located in the lovely scenery of the Rheingau, which many of you might know as the unofficial wine capital of Germany. If not, you should immediately change your mind, kick any other appointments out of your calendar and come.

Why you would do that? The answer could not be simpler:

1. Texas MBA annual meetings always end up being lots of fun and just getting together, exchanging experiences, talking and having fun would be worth coming on its own.
2. The hotel and location are just beautiful. If you do not believe it – just check out the website (www.ruedesheimer-schloss.com)
3. We have put together a great program (see attached pdf-document) allowing you to
   • Contribute to and assume responsibility for our common cause (General Assembly)
   • Capture new, interesting insights for your career and/or personal life (speaker, surprise guest!)
   • Get to know the beauty of the Rheingau (on the ground, on the river and in the air)
   • Have delicious food and tasty wine (continuously throughout the program, in various, exciting locations, inside and outside)
   • Watch the 1/8-finals with German participation for those with an unhealthy addiction to football!
   • Take some time off for yourself and relax (although not too much on Saturday)

We will sponsor the event with a significant amount from our treasury, thereby keeping the fee per participant at a moderate level (estimated € 50 per participant including all meals on Saturday; exact amount per participant depends to some degree on attendance and will be collected in cash at annual meeting).

If you would like to participate, please send a short confirmation email as reply (deadline June 20, 2006), including the following information:

1. Number of participants (significant others and kids are highly welcome)
2. Arrival date & approximate time of arrival
3. Participation in Sunday’s “Tal Total” activity (bike tour alongside Rhine)

You will need to reserve your hotel room at the Rüdesheimer Schloss yourself (Tel.: +49-6722-90500, info@ruedesheimer-schloss.com). Mention “MBA” and get our negotiated room rates of € 95 for single rooms and € 125 for double rooms (incl. breakfast).

Please note that reservations should be made until Saturday, May 20, 2006, since we cannot “block” rooms at the hotel until a few days before the event .
